The 5 piece play an alternative style of music with a vast collection of catchy songs delivered with all the prowess of Punk rock. Their influences range from ‘The Beatles’ to ‘Fleetwood Mac’ to ‘Queens of the Stone age’ and go on endlessly. 2011 saw the release of their Debut Ep which was launched to a full house in The Grand Social including a support slot from ‘The Hot Sprockets’ and a DJ set from Music Pioneers Dimestore Recordings.

This year The Stoney Brokes have been recording their Debut album with producer Tris Dalton, scheduled for release in spring 2013. This year also marks the start of The Stoney Brokes first national tour commencing in July with Dates booked in Trim, Dundalk, Wexford, Clare, Galway and Derry, and more to be confirmed.
